These policies help us honor your time, maintain fairness, and create a predictable, supportive environment for all clients and instructors. We believe clear expectations make for a better experience — for you, for your instructor, and for the entire Rewind Pilates community.

Please provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session. This allows your instructor to offer the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
If you cancel a session with 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule the session within two weeks. Rescheduling within this window helps maintain your progress and allows us to manage valuable appointment times fairly and efficiently. Sessions not rescheduled within two weeks are considered used.
If you are feeling at all unwell — fever, cold symptoms, stomach bug, cough, flu-like symptoms, or simply 'off' — please do not come to the studio. No questions asked and no penalty. We will happily reschedule your session for a better time. Pilates is about long-term health. Staying home when sick protects you, your instructor, and fellow clients, and keeps the studio a healthy place for everyone.
If weather makes travel unsafe (snow, ice, storms, school closings, etc.), you will not be charged for a missed session. If you have a package, please rebook within two weeks when possible.
Payment is due at the time of your session unless a different arrangement has been made. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App. If you provide an email address, you will receive a notification when you have one remaining session in a 5- or 10-session package. This helps you plan ahead for renewals or notify us if you do not plan to continue, so we may offer your spot to another client.
Rewind Pilates offers discounted packages (private, group reformer, and mat class packs). All packages expire six months from the date of your first scheduled session, not the purchase date. This structure supports steady progress, consistent attendance, predictable scheduling, and fair access to appointment times for all clients. If you cancel with 24 hours' notice, that session may be rescheduled within two weeks and will remain active within the package.
If illness, injury, family emergency, or a major life event prevents you from using your package or meeting the two-week rescheduling window, Rewind Pilates will work with you to ensure unused sessions are honored when you are able to return.
If you prefer a regular weekly time, please schedule all sessions for your series at the time of purchase. These appointments may be changed within the 24-hour cancellation window and must follow the two-week rescheduling policy. After each completed session, we will confirm your next appointment to ensure your preferred time remains secured.
If you cannot attend your scheduled group reformer class: notify your instructor and group partners as soon as possible. Substitutions must be approved by the instructor in advance. If no substitute is found, the standard cancellation policy applies. Rule of Two: If at least two clients attend, the class will be held as scheduled. The instructor and studio may make exceptions in special situations.
Your safety is our highest priority. Please inform the studio of any new or ongoing health conditions, including pregnancy, injury, medical treatment, or any issue that may affect your session. All clients must sign a waiver prior to participating. For safety, please: wear appropriate clothing, tie back long hair, remove jewelry, and use the equipment mindfully while following instructor guidance.
We encourage open communication. Please bring up any questions or concerns — regarding movement, comfort, goals, scheduling, equipment, or anything affecting your experience. Your feedback helps us support your wellness journey with care and clarity.
