This is a 30 minute one-on-one EXPRESS session with your instructor, Marcy Jones. This is a shorter, more time-efficient Pilates session designed for those with busy schedules. These sessions still offer a full-body workout, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.

This dynamic class draws from the principles of traditional Pilates reformer workouts but adds a twist—your body becomes the primary piece of equipment using a resistance band called a FlexKord. FlexKords are available for use in the studio or can be purchased at $27 for you personal use at home or for ZOOM LIVE ONLINE sessions. A recording is available 24 hours after the class if you miss the LIVE ZOOM or IN PERSON Class in the studio.
